[READ] I always laugh at my climbing progress. Having started climbing almost 4 years ago, the progression is really lacking.
Injuries, long holidays, sometimes just waking up having a greater irrational fear of heights... All these made me go back to where I first began - climbing the easiest routes!

As my work requires me to stay healthy, it's difficult whenever I need to push and ended up getting injured. So ❌❌ no no.

I recently did a poll and results show that many people workout because they wanna see an increase in performance. We all have good and bad days (or even years!) but so long we don't stop and we enjoy the bittersweet journey as we continue doing the things we love to, that's good enough! Isn't it?
